This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs of an amendment being made to the order entry screen on eCOX for the new Cablelink variants (that were launched on 1st May). An error was identified in the data field for the “number of fibres to be spliced” where the option of zero had been omitted. This will be corrected over the weekend of 22nd /23rd May 2021.
