This briefing is to inform CPs about our plans to issue a billing correction and update the Reach and/or Mainlink charges on a subset of EAD circuits.

In briefing ETH019/20 Ethernet Access Direct Reach and Mainlink investigation we informed industry of work being done to achieve a consistent application of the product rules for Reach and Mainlink. In this briefing we update on the principles used to build the associated billing correction and timescales to implement.
