ETH049/22 Ethernet Cablelink - Notification of closure of support for Eco-X & Customer Requirement Form

This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs that from 28 November 2022, orders placed via Eco-X or Customer Requirement Form will not be supported.

All orders currently in flight in Eco-X, before 28 November 2022, will automatically migrate to the new system solution, Sabor, over the weekend of the 26/27 November 2022, and will be fully available to CPs on Sabor on 28 November 2022.  

  • Any orders placed on Eco-X or Customer Requirement Form will not be accepted beyond 27 November 2022.  This applies to any new provide, order amendment or cancellation and cease orders.
  • All orders placed on 28 November 2022 will need to be placed via Sabor.

The Ethernet Cablelink Portal User Guide - Cease Order Journey V1.1, has been updated to reflect the changes from Eco-X to Sabor, which can be found at the link below.
