This briefing is for all Ethernet Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about the migration of CP Ethernet Access Direct (EAD) circuits from legacy to Equivalence Management Platform (EMP).

We have previously communicated to industry that Openreach would pause migrations from July 2019 to allow inflight orders to complete on legacy, however we have identified some additional capacity to migrate these circuits as they complete. The schedule for these activities is outlined in the full briefing.
