This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).
This briefing is to inform CPs that adoption to Sabor has been completed. Orders can no longer be raised or managed by Eco-X or Customer Requirement Form.
This briefing is to inform CPs that the adoption of Sabor Ethernet Cablelink for provision and cease order journeys have been completed. As such, any new orders from 28 November 2022 can no longer be raised or managed by Eco-X or the Customer Requirement Form.
Any new order placed on Eco-X or Customer Requirement Form will be referred back to the CP after 28 November 2022. This applies to any new provide or cease order or any existing order amendment, cancellation, suspension, or resumption.
To confirm all active in-flight orders were migrated to the strategic front end over the weekend 26/27 November 2022, so these orders can now be managed via Sabor. User guides for the various inflight order management journey can be found on the Openreach portal.
