This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

Following the successful EiVA to eChat hand off technical trial and to allow for an improved and common eChat user experience, we will be replacing the current eChat links on View My Job and the Portal with EiVA which will act as the front door for all eChat across all products currently supported by eChat.
