This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs about price changes to Repair Service Maintenance Levels and associated products.

The prices of Repair Service Maintenance Levels, including Multi-Level Expedites, will increase from 1 June 2023.  These are applicable across many of the products in our portfolio such as WLR, ISDN, LLU and GEA.

Associated charges will increase at the same time, including WLR Premium line rental and MPF (incl. SML2 in tariff) rental.
