The purpose of this briefing is to communicate a number of price changes across the Time Related Charges (TRC), TRC stores items and Abortive Visit Charges (AVC) products. TRC and AVC price changes will come into effect on 1 April 2020 and TRC stores items price changes will come into effect on 1 June 2020.

We're announcing price changes to our TRC (WLR (including ISDN), LLU, GEA, PIA and SLU) and AVC products in order to comply with regulation for 2020/21 as set by the Wholesale Local Access (WLA) market review. The price changes for TRC and AVC will come into effect on 1 April 2020. The price changes for TRC stores items will come into effect on 1 June 2020.
