GEN037/19 EiVA chatbot availability in production

This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

To inform CPs that after a successful proof of concept the EiVA chatbot will be available to all CPs via the Openreach portal for voluntary consumption. As per the proof of concept, the chatbot will be able to provide simple order updates, and amend appointment dates and times on NGA orders.

Following a successful proof of concept with four communications providers, the EiVA chatbot will be made available to all CPs as an application on the Openreach Portal by 31 May 2019.As per the proof of concept, the chatbot will be able to provide simple order updates, and amend appointment dates and times on NGA orders.
