This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about improvements we are making to the enhanced Managed Line Characteristics (eMLC) dialogue service.

These changes will improve data quality and reduce latency relating to product availability and predicted speed information.
The target date for the changes are 8/9 July 2020.
There will be no system outages, and there are no changes to the eMLC interfaces being made. Hence no requirement to make any changes on your systems.
