This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who connect to our Openreach Desk agents using EiVA to chat about orders for FTTC, ISDN, LLU, SIM2, SOGEA and WLR3.

Note: Please be advised the system changes that were planned to go live on 19 July (GEN064/21) have been delayed slightly to 21 July 2021. This is due to a number of other changes going live in the major EMP release at the same time. The revised date has been reflected in the full briefing below.
