This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) that have access to our Openreach Portal. 

Openreach has previously communicated briefing GEN071/21 that we will be introducing Single Sign On (SSO) via Azure Active Directory to access the Openreach portal.

This briefing is to inform you of a change of date, and we will be introducing Single Sign On (SSO) from 5 September 2021.

We will extend the period of dual running for the current and the new SSO login.
