This briefing is for all, NGA (Ultrafast) Communications Providers (CPs).

The purpose of this briefing is to advise CPs that from 26 September 2019 they can apply for access to the HUD (Heads Up Display), which is a self-service order-tracking tool for Fibre to the Premises (GEA-FTTP) orders.

Following a successful proof of concept trial we are making the HUD available to all CPs.

We've published a briefing for CPs relating to a new self-service interface that we think will be helpful for GEA-FTTP CPs to see our latest information about GEA-FTTP orders.
