This briefing is to inform CPs that we are launching Dark Fibre Novations and Transfer of Service from 01/04/2022. 

Openreach is announcing the launch of a new Dark Fibre Novations and Transfer of Service product from 01/04/2022.  The scope of the existing Novations Failure to Proceed Charge will also be expanded to include Dark Fibre Novations.

As part of this notification, we are also making minor presentational changes to ISDN30 novation charges, which will now be shown on a separate line in our pricing tables, to support the development of the Digital Price Book.  There is no change to the pricing of ISDN30 novations as part of this change.
