This briefing is to inform CPs about the extension of withdrawal dates for EAD Enable and Street Access 1Gb (Outside Broadcast)

We are pleased to notify CPs we’re extending the withdrawal dates for EAD Enable and Street Access 1Gb (Outside Broadcast) from 31 January 2021 to 31 January 2023.

CPs can continue to place modify and cease orders for both of these products until 31 January 2023. Provision orders will not be accepted. Briefing ref ETH081/19 dated 30 October 2019 refers.

Potential changes to  Service Level Agreements and Guarantees (SLA/Gs) 

We are currently reviewing fault/repair SLA and SLGs associated with these products and will provide more information in due course
