This briefing is for Communications Providers (CPs)

This briefing is to inform CPs about product withdrawals and price changes within the Street Access, Broadcast Access and CCTV Access Portfolios. These changes will be in effect from 1 May 2022.

We are notifying product and pricing changes across Street Access, Broadcast Access and CCTV Access.  We are also notifying contract changes to the Connectivity Services Contract for the CCTV Access Service in the same timescales to support that withdrawal.

All changes in this notification will be in effect from 1 May 2022.

Street Access

Street Access prices are changing, and will be in effect from 1 May 2022.

Broadcast Access

Broadcast Access rental prices are changing, and will be in effect from 1 May 2022.

CCTV Access

Following the stop sell of new supply in September 2019, the CCTV product is to be fully withdrawn from 1 May 2022.

We are changing the Connectivity Services Contract specifically in relation to CCTV Access to support this withdrawal.
