This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs about the update of site availability document (Dataset 8)

The update to Dataset 8 includes the following changes:

•        A “Search Tool” tab has been added to enable users to search for information by:

•        exchange name; or

•        1141 code; or

•        town

to obtain all matched results. This function is compatible with Office 365, Excel 2021 or later.

•        Use 1141 Code to replace Site ID in "Full Tier & Tier 2 OHPs” as 1141 code is commonly used for searching information and aligns with how customer order the service.

•        Remove “OHP to OHP” tab – this information remains a subset of the data already presented in "Full Tier 1 & Tier 2 OHPs” tab

•        Correction to entries with invalid empty value in Tier 2 OHP #3 on "Full Tier1 & Tier2 OHPs" tab. The affected entries will align with v125. There is no impact on existing circuits.

Dataset 8 has been updated to version 127 and is available on the Secure area of Openreach customer portal.
