This briefing is to inform CPs about the stop sell of four OSA FSP3000 and OSA FSP3000 Filter Connect wavelength cards from 1 June 2023.

From 1 June 2023, the following wavelength cards will no longer be available to order.

• OSA 2.5G FSP3000 2TWCC Dual-Port Enterprise wavelength card (2TWCC-PCN-2G7UB)
• OSA 10G FSP3000 2WCC Dual-Port Core wavelength card (2WCC-PCN-10G)
• OSA 10G FSP3000 2WCA Dual-Port Access wavelength card (2WCA-PCN-10G)
• OSA 10G FSP3000 5TCE 5-port Enterprise wavelength card (5TCE-PCN-10GU+10G)

Orders for new services using the 2WCC, 2WCA, 2TWCC and 5TCE wavelength cards will be accepted until 31 May 2023. After this date we will support internal and external shifts, reusing existing equipment, and cease order types only. Maintenance of existing services will continue for at least 3 years from the date of the ACCN notice.

Launch of 9TCE wavelength card

The new 9TCE wavelength card will be available to order from 1 April 2023. This is a single slot width wavelength card that offers the same range of functionality as the retiring cards listed above. Pricing information is available from section 3.1.11 of the Openreach Price List.

The OSA Product Description, Suppliers Information Note (SIN) 489 and SIN 515 will be updated to reflect this change at least 28 days prior to 1 June 2023.
