This briefing is for all Ethernet Communications Providers (CPs)
To inform CPs of an EAD 1000Mbps connection special offer in the Flexzone area, available to new orders, for the duration of the BCMR lacuna period only.
We're pleased to announce a special offer for 1000Mbps EAD products in the Flexzone area until end of lacuna period* (expected no later than 30/06/19).
Eligible products
The special connection offer will be applicable to new validated orders for the following EAD services, both on standard 12 month Minimum Period and 60 month Minimum Period:
Eligibility Criteria
The following criteria apply for an order to be eligible for the offer:
· The circuit must be in a FlexZone area. For detail on how a circuit is determined to be within an eligible area see our FlexZones page www.openreach.co.uk/flexzone
· The order must be placed and accepted within the offer period of 1 April 2019 to end of BCMR lacuna period* (expected no later than 30/06/19)
Existing rental prices continue to apply.

Notes
The offer will be fulfilled via a rebate. CPs will receive a rebate for any qualifying order once the order has been completed.
