This briefing is to inform CPs that OSEA Filter Connect Lite orders can be placed from today, 24 March 2021.

We are pleased to announce that OSEA Filter Connect Lite (OSEA FC Lite) is now available to order, as briefed in ETH007/21.

OSEA Filter Connect Lite offers bandwidths from 10Gbps to 200Gbps delivered using hub and spoke configurations, allowing space and power savings when compared to existing options.

Product overview

OSEA Filter Connect Lite is a fully managed and flexible solution efficiently delivering multiple 10GE or 100GE client connections into a low footprint, low power aggregation hub at your key network locations.

With a pay-as-you-grow approach to incremental capacity growth, OSEA Filter Connect Lite offers scalability with minimal traffic impact and future network features to adapt to changing demands.

Documentation

Before placing an order for OSEA FC Lite, a pre-order design is required. These can be requested using the new OSEA Filter Connect Lite optical requirement form (OREF) that is available from the Openreach portal: (www.openreach.co.uk/optical).

OSEA Filter Connect Lite orders can be submitted via the new Customer Requirements Form (CRF) available from the Openreach portal: (www.openreach.co.uk/optical).
