To notify the launch of EAD Rugged 1Gb which will replace Openreach’s legacy Street Access portfolio.

Openreach are pleased to announce the launch of EAD Rugged 1Gb which will be available to CPs from the 17 May 2022. EAD Rugged is a new strategic solution designed to replace Openreach’s legacy Street Access portfolio.

EAD Rugged 1Gb – Pricing:

From 17 May, EAD Rugged 1Gb will be available to order from EMP on 3-year and 5-year minimum period variants. Pricing for EAD Rugged 1Gb’s 3-year and 5-year terms is now available on the Openreach Price List: ACCN:OR782

Notes:

Phase and Sync Feature for EAD Rugged 1Gb

CPs should note that Openreach’s Phase and Sync feature will not come as standard with EAD Rugged 1Gb. However, the feature will be available to order separately via EMP. Full pricing for EAD Rugged 1Gb Phase and Sync is also now available on the Openreach Price List via the following link: ACCN:OR782

New ‘Ethernet Access Direct Rugged Services Contract’ for EAD Rugged 1Gb

EAD Rugged 1Gb will be launched under a new standalone contract titled: ‘Ethernet Access Direct Rugged Services Contract’. As such, customers will need to establish for EAD Rugged 1Gb before being able to place orders.
