This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about the launch of Sabor, a new application that will replace OR Siebel that brings you an improved web experience for placing orders and faults for Ethernet EAD and EBD. 

We will be migrating all our Ethernet CPs to Sabor over the summer and removing the ability to place orders and faults from OR Siebel later this year.
