This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs of a reduction to EBD cancellation rates.

Ethernet Backhaul Direct (EBD) cancellation rates are reducing to 92% of the current rate, from 1 August 2022. 

As an illustration for EBD circuits cancelled two or less working days before CDD the cancellation charge is currently 90% of the connection charge.  This will reduce to 82.8% (90% x 92%).
