This briefing is to advise CPs of a reduction to the EBD Early Termination Charges.

This briefing is to advise CPs that we are making a reduction to the Early Termination Charges (ETCs)

for Ethernet Backhaul Direct (EBD). ETCs will reduce from 100% to 97% of the year’s remaining

rental payable, in the event the circuit is terminated within the minimum period.

This change will take effect from 01/08/2021.
