This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs that the final Product Description, Orchestration Matrix, Portal User Guide and Splicing Schedules & Cable Drop Photo Guidance documents for the Ethernet Cablelink product have now been uploaded to the Openreach portal as part of the wider Eco-X and Eco-Repair migration projects 

This briefing is to inform CPs about updated Ethernet Cablelink Product Description, Orchestration Matrix, Portal User Guide and Cable Drop Photo Guidance documents.

The following documents are now available on the Openreach portal:

1)    Product Description V7.2

2)    Orchestration Matrix V1.5

3)    Provide Journey Portal User Guide V1.0

4)    Amend, Cancel, Suspend, Resume Portal User Guide V1.0

5)    T2R Journey Portal User Guide V1.0

6)    Splicing Schedules & Cable Drop Photo Guidance v1.0

These documents will be taking effect on 5 September 2022 in conjunction with the start of adoption on to the new Sabor front end order and fault entry/handling solution, with older versions of all documents being removed.
