This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs about a new Sabor User Guide for the Ethernet Cablelink Cease Order Journey and updates to the Orchestration Matrix.

The following documents are now available on the Openreach portal:

1)    Orchestration Matrix V1.1

2)    Cease Order Portal User Guide V1.0

Changes include:

• Updated Orchestration Matrix to include information on the Ethernet Cablelink Cease Order Journey.
• New Portal User Guide for the Ethernet Cablelink Cease Journey, including the Amend and Cancel scenarios.

The new documents and associated processes will take effect from 17 October 2022.

The Cease User Guide and updated Orchestration Matrix can be found on the Openreach Portal within the “Process documents” section:
