This briefing is to inform CPs of the launch of service modify to Ethernet Access Direct (EAD) Sensitive.

Openreach is announcing the launch of service modify to EAD Sensitive.

The modifications (upgrades) that CPs will be able to make to the EAD Sensitive service are:

• Bandwidth from 100Mbps to 1Gbps (this will be a chargeable option)
• Resilience type from Standard to RO2 / RO2 to Standard (this will be available free of charge)
• Minimum period from 12 months to 60 months (this will be available free of charge)

These will be available from 15 November 2022.
