This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs that the new fault creation and handling user interface is now live.

From 21 November 2022, CPs now have access to the new Sabor system interface, enabling Ethernet Cablelink faults to be raised and managed via the new user experience.   For a period of time, both Eco-Repair and Sabor will be running in parallel until 31 January 2023, whereby CP access to Eco-Repair will be removed.
