Ethernet Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about price changes across our Ethernet portfolio. These prices will come into effect on 1 October 2019 for items with price decreases and 1 December 2019 for those where price increases.

We're making a number of price changes to the Ethernet portfolio, including the ECC Fixed Fee.

The key changes are:

• Increases in rentals for the WES/WEES/BES products. We remind customers that support for these products will end in March 2020.
• Small reductions to connection charges for Ethernet Access Direct (EAD) products, 1Gbps and below.
• Small reductions to connection charges for EAD 10Gbps term products (60 months and 84 months).
• Marginally bigger reductions to connection charges for EAD 10Gbps standard products.
