This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who consume or plan to consume WLR3 / LLU MPF New Line Provide (NLP) orders.

This briefing is to inform all CPs who consume WLR3 / LLU MPF provision that post KCI2 Openreach will perform a check for an existing working line on all New Line Provide orders where the address is changing from 1 existing line to 2 lines. If a single working line already exists Openreach will use the Direct End Customer Contact solution to confirm with the end customer if an additional line is required.
