This briefing informs CPs about a DFX Product contract change that will apply from 23rd February 2020

Following the full launch of Dark Fibre X (DFX) on 20 December 2019 this briefing is notification on 28 days notice of a contract change to support ongoing discussions relating to Schedule 1 (definitions) and Schedule 2 (the Service) specifically relating to how the product may be used. These changes were agreed at the December 2019 Industry Working Group (IWG).
