This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who consume GEA-FTTC, through the Self Install or Managed Install products.

This briefing is a follow up to the briefing issued on 24/12/2018 to CPs about the proof of concept of a test capability for our Openreach engineers, enabling them to test for IP authentication (PPP/DHCP) to aid provision and help resolve faults.

We've published a briefing for CPs informing them about the proof of concept of engineer use of CP test capabilities, to aid Openreach engineer provision of GEA-FTTC service on the day, and in fault resolution.
