The purpose of this briefing is to communicate a number of price changes across the Time Related Charges (TRC), Special Fault Investigation (SFI) products. These prices will come into effect on 1 April 2019.

We are announcing price changes to our Time related charges (WLR (including ISDN), LLU, GEA, PIA and SLU) and SFI products in order to comply with regulation for 2019/20 as set by the Wholesale Local Access (WLA) market review. The price changes for TRC and SFI will come into effect on 1 April 2019.
