This briefing is to inform all WLR, LLU and NGA CPs about an amendment to a change which is scheduled to be deployed within the Equivalence Management Platform (EMP) in R4000 on 23 March 2019 : OR-46353 / ORCE-136595 and ORCE-137864 - SMART Appointing

We've published a briefing for CPs relating to an amendment we are making to the above change scheduled to be deployed in EMP R4000 which will provide CPs with a more consistent and effective reappointing service from Openreach.
