This briefing is for Communications Providers (CPs) who require access to the Openreach Portal.

This briefing is to inform all CPs that access to the Openreach Portal will be changing from 31 July 2021.   Openreach, to aid CPs, will be introducing an on-boarding process starting from 1 April 2021.
