This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all Communication Providers (CPs) of the Openreach plan to withdraw a set of XML services on the Equivalence Management Platform (EMP) aligned to EMP R5000 deployment on 23 July 2022.

CPs should review the XML services that they use on EMP and ensure that they have a plan to move to supported versions.
