The purpose of this briefing is to communicate a price change to Abortive Visit Charges (AVC). The AVC price change will come into effect on 1 August 2022.

Openreach is notifying CPs of a change to Abortive Visit Charge (AVC) charging.  The price change will take effect from 1 August 2022.
