This briefing is to inform CPs that we are launching a PIA Novations product, and two additional Novation charges from 01/08/2021.  

We are announcing the launch of a new PIA Novations product from 01/08/2021.  We are all also introducing from this date a Novation Failure to Proceed Charge which will apply for all novation products and a PIA Novation Delay Charge. 

The relevant Product Descriptions will be updated to reflect these changes and will be made available for review by CPs prior to launch by 01/06/2021.
