This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about a change to the Openreach billing email account.

Following discussions at the billing forum we have set up a new email account to replace a number of email addresses used for Openreach billing enquiries with an Openreach email address effective from 23 September 2019.
