This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs about price changes to some ancillary products in the GEA (Generic Ethernet Access) portfolio.

Price changes are being made to a small number of products in the GEA portfolio which will come into effect on 1 September 2020 (for price decreases) or 1 November 2020 (for price increases). In addition, one product - WLR Call Divert for voice continuity during FVA conversion/migration - is being notified for withdrawal from 1 November 2020.
