This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all Communications Providers (CPs) of the Openreach plan to withdraw a set of XML services on the Equivalence Management Platform (EMP) aligned to EMP R5100 deployment on 19 November 2022.

CPs should review the XML services that they use on EMP and ensure that they have a plan to move to supported versions.
