This briefing is for Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to notify CPs of the pricing for the non-tech change modify options introduced for FTTC and Gfast. It also covers a price change for the non-tech modify options on SOGEA and SOGfast.

These options allow CPs to request an Openreach engineer visit to the premises where there is no change to the service being taken..

CPs are free to choose the type of visit they require to suit the end customer’s needs.

 -   Managed install on FTTC

 -   Premium Managed install on Gfast/SOGfast/SOGEA

 -   Standard Managed install on Gfast/SOGFast/SOGEA
