This briefing is to inform all CPs about the introduction of a new enterprise cloud site in ebXML/B2B Gateway to make Lead to Cash (L2C), Trouble to Resolve (T2R) and Dialogue Service requests.

Openreach is planning to introduce the new enterprise cloud site between 29 October 2022 22:00 hrs and 30 October 2022 06:00 hrs.
