This briefing is to inform CPs about the launch of Service Maintenance Level 3 (SML3) and Service Maintenance Level 4 (SML4) on Gfast, SOGEA and SOGfast.
Openreach is pleased to announce the launch of Service Maintenance Level 3 (SML3) and Service Maintenance Level 4 (SML4) on Gfast, SOGEA and SOGfast products effective 21 October 2020.
SML3 & SML4 pricing on these products has been harmonised with the rest of the portfolio as follows:

The GEA and SOGEA Reference Offer contracts have been updated to reflect this change and the notified versions are available on the Openreach portal
Notes:
1Gfast line rental includes SML2, whereas SOGEA & SOGfast line rentals include SML1. To reflect this difference, SML3 & SML4 annual rental charges on SOGEA & SOGfast include a supplemental charge of £5.04.
