This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs who consume WLR3 / LLU MPF provision that pre KCI2 Openreach will perform a check for an existing working line on all New Line Provide orders where the address is changing from 1 to 2 lines. If a single working line already exists Openreach will use the current supplementary process to confirm with the CP if an additional line is required or not.
