Excess Construction Charges (ECCs)

In compliance with the Leased Line Charge Control set out in Ofcom's 2019 PIMR and BCMR Statement, which came into effect on 28 June 2019, we're making changes to certain Excess Construction Charges. Increases will come into effect on 31 January 2020 and decreases will come into effect on 2 December 2019.
