This briefing is to inform all CPs about the Agile Appointing proof of concept which Openreach would like CPs to opt into.

We've published a briefing for CPs relating to a Proof of Concept on Agile Appointing for which we have been working with CPs through a working party and the Service Management Forum. The purpose of this briefing is to advise CPs of the Proof of Concept scope and how to opt in to take part, please note opt in is at Openreach contracted CP level only.
