Problems with notifications from the Openreach portal

We’ve identified a problem with the ‘Follow this page’ button, whereby email notifications for documents / updates on the Openreach portal are not being issued correctly.

Our teams are working on the issue and we’ll update you when it’s resolved.

Meanwhile, you can still view briefings and other documentation on our portal, as normal and we apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
