This briefing is to inform all CPs who consume WLR3 / LLU MPF provision that the proposed pre KCI2 check where Openreach will perform a check for existing working lines on all New Line Provide orders where the address is changing from 1 to 2 lines (briefing GEN086/21) is to be deferred. A revised go live date will be communicated shortly.
