This briefing is for LLU and Access Locate Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about a change to the LLU and Access Locate energy price.

As a result of our regular review, this briefing is to notify CPs of a decrease in the price of energy usage per kWh from £0.1582 to £0.1439 for all comingling products utilised for LLU, Access Locate and Access Locate Plus.

This change will come into effect on 1 June 2021 and any energy used from this date onwards will be charged at the revised rate until further notice.

Details of the revised charge for energy usage per kWh are available on the Openreach website from the LLU pricing page.
